I am a Greek-Austrian living with my Italian partner in Munich Schwabing. I have been trained as a classic corporate lawyer and worked at law firms and big international companies for 15 years. In the past, I have seen myself as a translator, translating legalese terms into business-workable solutions. As such, I have enjoyed working with both words and people. Ever since I started leading teams (2017), people work has gotten more and more important to me. I gradually started mentoring, sharing my experiences with younger professionals.

In 2024, I decided to transition careers, opening my own coaching business. I have trained with Bossert Coaching Academy in Munich, a coaching institute certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). ICF applies a consistent methodology for coaching, with full focus on the individual that wants to be coached (the “coachee”). I believe that most of the time, the aim, goal, or solution that the coachee is seeking is already within them, but for some reason they cannot bring it to the surface and act accordingly. In such situations, I am an objective and unconditional sparring partner, actively listening, playing back my observations and partnering with the coachee to best achieve their goals, because THERE IS MORE TO YOU.

Apart from coaching, I love travelling, cooking and other culinary arts, and sports (high-intensity workouts, pilates, skiing…).
