Hi, I am Elena Samaras,
a Greek-Austrian living with my Italian partner in Munich Schwabing. I have been trained as a classic corporate lawyer and worked at law firms and big international companies for 15 years. In the past, I have seen myself as a translator, translating legalese terms into business-workable solutions. As such, I have enjoyed working with both words and people. Ever since I started leading teams (2017), people work has gotten more and more important to me. I gradually started mentoring, sharing my experiences with younger professionals.
